EMBROIDERY CARDS MADE EASY

EMBROIDERY CARDS MADE EASY

Creativity Comes Together, One Stitch at a Time

There’s something special about giving a card you’ve made yourself. The colors, the texture, and the design all help tell a story—and turn a simple greeting into something worth keeping.

Thread Said grew from a love of creating and a desire to make embroidered cards easier to put together, with plenty of room for your own ideas.

The Thread Said Hoop Frame brings the pieces together. This reusable frame provides a consistent placement guide, helping you align Thread Said backgrounds, your chosen embroidery designs, and Thread Said borders throughout the card-making process.

Start with a Thread Said background to add quilted texture to your fabric. Then make it your own with a digital embroidery design from a favorite embroidery website. A flower, a holiday motif, a sweet little animal, or a meaningful sentiment can give the same background an entirely different personality.

Finish with a Thread Said border, which stitches your fabric creation to its watercolor-paper mat and gives it a beautifully finished edge. Your embroidered panel is then ready to attach to a card blank.

The fun is in mixing and matching. Change your fabric, choose a different thread color, or pair a familiar design with a new background and border. You can create a coordinated collection or make every card one of a kind.

With A2 and A7 options, Thread Said gives you a starting point you can return to again and again. The reusable Hoop Frame helps with placement so you can spend more time enjoying the creative choices.

Here on the blog, I’ll share ideas, tips, and step-by-step guidance to help you bring your cards to life. I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to see what you create.

Thread Said—Say it in stitches.
